How much do three season Eze-Breeze enclosures cost?
Enclosing an existing porch with Eze-Breeze sliding panels generally ranges in cost from $5k - $30k +

Eze-Breeze room additions (adding a room from scratch) can vary much more broadly but in general, will be approx 3x-5x the cost of enclosing an existing room
Every room we install is a custom project and requires an on-site design consultation to estimate accurately

What are Eze-Breeze panels made out of?
Eze-Breeze panels are made out of a durable, 10 Mil polyvinyl film, rolled directly into aluminum frames.

A 2020 BetterVue screen is rolled into the outside of each panel and allow for air flow, without the bugs.

Do I need a permit?
Not typically.
Eze-Breeze enclosures typically do not require a general building and electrical permit, as per local county building codes
​
As a licensed General Contractor, Porch Conversion will pull all necessary permits for your project with us, as well as schedule and complete all county inspections throughout the project install
​
What type of warranty is included?
Porch Conversion workmanship warranty

How long does an install take to complete?
While your individual Designer and Superintendent will estimate a project timeline specific to your project, most Eze-Breeze enclosures are completed within 2 - 3 days
​
Eze-Breeze room additions (adding a roof instead of enclosing an existing porch) typically triple time on site plus additional time for county inspections

What is the current lead time to start a new project?
Porch Conversion averages approx 300 sunroom installations per year and generally operates on a 3-4 month lead time for most 3 season Eze-Breeze enclosure projects

Do you use your own installation crews?
Yes!

The ability for our crews to specialize in sunroom installations has allowed us to be able to maintain the quality of our Award Winning sunrooms for more than 13 + years

Our 10,000 sqft showroom is located at:

*Unstaffed: Building is open and available for self-guided walk through but Porch Conversion staff will not be present

The Eze-Breeze Enclosure Process

Demo & Framework Install

Congratulations!
Our Porch Conversion Installation crew will typically arrive on site between 8am - 11am (depending on specific project requirements) for the first day of Install
The team will remove any unnecessary existing framework/windows from your porch and replace with new, custom, powder-coated, aluminum framework
​
The first step of which will be to install framework around the perimeter of the room (top, bottom, sides)
​
This framework will serve as the anchor points for the Eze-Breeze panels
After the openings are framed out, your Eze-Breeze panels and door can be installed.
Each panel is custom made and arrives ready to install on-site by our award winning installation crews
Your Dreamroom is complete!
