After completing your Porch Conversion project our team would have sent the applicable warranty information from the manufacturer and our 1 year craftsmanship warranty to you for your records.

As a Porch Conversion customer you have the access to the help of our service manager to facilitate warranty claims with the manufacturer for you. The service email would have been sent with the warranty information at the end of your project, or you can call our office!

To start the process of addressing a warranty or other service issues our service manager will need some photos of the issue at hand. More specifically, at least one of the photos need to be far enough away to see which window or vinyl panel has the defect/damage and the photo with the defect/damage of any glass windows needs to have the issue clearly visible.

Once the warranty claim is sent to the manufacturer, our service manager will keep in touch regarding the outcome of the warranty claim.
